pU-21W (Accession number: AB427140, 9333 bp) is a “Promoter Trap” vector with three stop codons which were arranged in upstream of the ATG of the beta-geo in all three frames. Integration site is concentrated in the 5’-end of a trapped gene. The structure of pU-21W is almost same with pU-21T (Acc#: AB255648).
